That has to be a configuration problem. you need to request for configuration settings from your service provider. when the settings is sent and you install it, you start browsing again. thanks

Usually you need to talk to your phone service provder (Vodafone, Optus etc) and ask them to activate WAP on your account. Once this is done, you need to specify your service provider for WAP in the configuration area of your phone.

This is usually easy enough to do provided you feel comfortable enough to change your phone's settings, however Samsung Technical Support are usually very helpful & one phone call to them explaining that you want to configure your phone for WAP will fix the problem.

Call your provider you need to have your data settings replaced they can help. If you are T-Mobile you can do it yourself from your on-line account manager.

so first acgivate mobile office in your phone
ask your service provider to send you the settings

to have wap in cellular phones, I think that in your country is as in mine: we need to activate that service with our suplier.

call them and verify if you have wap activated or not. normally they activate it and send you a message with setup files wich automatically will be configured in your cellular phone.
