How can I get it fixed or replaced?
I have broken 4 shark handles, have repaired them its a pain. remove the screws on the handle end of the head pop out the broken handle part, drill a 3/16 hole into the part tap 1/4 inch threads use a countersunk head 1/4 inch bolt screw it together put epoxy on the inside to lock threads reassemble. its a pain. two small keepers lock the swivel together pry out with a screwdriver carefully dont loose them. I broke one shark handle when it was brand new. this repair works good if you like alot of fooling around
Mine broke at the lower joint under the handle However I intend to use the same idea. Fibreglass a bolt into the handle then when dry screw the nut onto the bolt and apply fibre glass to the nut/handle assemble to attach firmly together and leave to set. If it hgoes again I shall spend the $25 to get a new handle.

pushed it forward and the handle snapped.
I contacted the company for a replacement part... waiting on it now.
