You'll need to remove
thermostat. Firstly disconnect the power from the spa. Behind or inside the control box/panel where the temperature dial is you'll find the body of the
thermostat.
This body is usually attached with screws or a nut.
You'll need remove the wires connecting to the thermostat. Take note of their positions and which terminals they connect to.
Follow the capillary (copper tube) coming out the side of the thermostat to where the bulb is located. Remove the bulb carefully.
Once removed you should be able to find the model # of the
thermostat on the body. Also pay attention to the diameter of the thermostat bulb and the length of the capillary. It will likely be an Invensys or Eaton thermostat, they are common and easy to find. Let me know if you need more help on this.
