True 49f fans stopped running. Compressor still runs. Fixes? Troubleshooting steps?

I am assuming you are relating to the evaporator fan(s) not running. If this is the case, some units have a 'Klixon" type thermostat in the evaporator so when the evaporator coil temp reaches a predetermined temperature, the fans come on. You may have a bad "Fan Delay" (Klixon) or the coil is not reaching the proper temp to activate it to turn on the fans. I would check the wiring diagram on the unit for this part to see if this unit has it in the system.

I have TRUE freezer model number GDM-49F. the compressor start but the evaporator fan wont start what culd be the problem

Could be a number of things. It has a thermistor that sits on the evaporator to keep the fan off until it gets cold. It also has a switch above the door that switches the fan on when the door's closed. It could be a loose connection in the wiring, or, lastly, it could be a seized fan

Model # t49f 2 dr. freezer unit tripping 20amp

Probably the compressor has shorted.
99.999% of the time this is the main culprit.
Otherwise wiring short.

Won't run

The first thing you need to check is if the contacts are getting power to the coil. A safety may be preventing the compressor from coming on. Read the wiring diagram. If the digital thermostat has a display, I would rule out the transformer. But I'm guessing at this point with what little info.
