Dear Jack,
This is not a fault with your phone. The music keeps going off and on because the download speed of your network is a bit too slow for perfect streaming.

How do I link amazon music channel with my amazon music account I cant enter the code anywhere.

Sounds like you are doing it backwards. The registration code appears on your TV screen when you add the Amazon music channel to your channel list.
Go to Roku main screen
Choose "channel store"
Choose "music"
Choose "Amazonmusic"
choose 'go to channel"
Code will appear on your screen. Enter it on your computer at the rokumusic address you used in your post.
That should get the tunes flowing!

Samsumg galaxy tab 3 shuts off every 30 minutes

Check the power settings to see if that is the cause of it shutting down. Streaming music does not produce the keep alive activity that is required, so it thinks that it isn't being used and turns off.

Pandoro sign up

I cannot find anything that has to do with pandoro other than food, but you posted this in Flat Panel Televisions, so I will take a shot.

Pandora seems to be most relevant to what you said, I am guessing you made a spelling mistake. Pandora is an online music streaming site that lets you stream music for free and legally. To sign up for Pandora, you go to their homepage : http://www.pandora.com/

You need to have flash installed, if you don't then your web browser will tell you how to install it. Then simply register with a email address and password and there you go, you have signed up for Pandora.

Video and audio stops and starts repeatedly, like a dvd or cd skipping. It does this for streaming and downloaded videos and music.

The streaming and download speed cannot keep up with the playing speed of the video or music so when the buffer for the incoming data is emptied, the player has to stop until more data arrives. Depending on the player, there may be a setting for the minimum of data present in the buffer before it starts again. If the player is manually paused (by clicking on its pause button), the streaming and downloading should continue until it is completely stored in local cache and after resuming play, it should be without anymore starts and stops. However, player pausing for some type of streaming stops the incoming data stream as there is no local cache so in this situation, there is no advantage to be gained by pausing the player. The incoming speed is determined by the speed of the slowest link that the data must traverse so even if the local link is extremely fast, there may be slower or more congested parts of the internet that are acting as a throttle.

Music keeps stopping whle playing. How can I fix this problem?

It sounds like the track is still downloading and the music is playing faster than the download speed. You could try pausing while it has loaded.
I find a lot of these streaming sites suffer with the problem. I don't think you can do a lot about it. Unless spending a lot of money on faster broadband etc is your thing.

How to put music on the player, wont connect to computer some reason

first of all, it depends on what mp3 player it is. but there is an obvious first step to ANY of them.
1) do you have it connected to the computer via usb?

Now that we are past the obvious, Here are a couple various solutions based on type of mp3 player it could be:
IPOD:

1) Download Itunes from www.apple.com
2) Install Itunes onto your computer.
3) Once it is installed, connect your Ipod to the computer, and it should register in itunes. Here, you can click on it, and go to your music.
4) Open a separate window with your music folder, and drag files from that window, to the Music area of Itunes. This is easy.
5) when you have all the music you want on your Ipod in the music list, press "synch". It will all go onto your ipod. and

Voila! you have music!!

Sansa:
1) forget rhapsody. its ****, ignore it, ditch it, it will charge you, and you cant even make playlists with it!!!
2) Open Windows Media Player
3) Open your music folder in a separate window
4) Drag and drop songs you want into a windows media player playlist.
5) Synch playlist to sansa.

OR

1) Still forget about rhapsody, it sucks.
2) Go to My Computer
3) Click on Removable Storage device (you should already have it plugged in at this point. the removable storage is said mp3 player)
4) Open a separate window with your music in it.
5) Drag and drop music files from your music folder into the removable storage disk. you wont be able to make playlists this way, but its easier.

Now almost any other mp3 player would work with one of these methods, possibly only with deviance in which program you will use. I hope this was of use to you.

Pc music keeps stopping and streeming

The broadband connection you are using is not supporting realtime streaming due to less bandwidth. Do not run any parallel downloads or video streaming. Upgrade to next bandwidth available at your provider to get continous streaming.
