I think thats the right tv. i need a synergy v remote code from time warner cable for my insignia tv. ive been trying to figure it out and with most codes i dont get all of the features, like the guide menu info the play pause fst frd rewind and i want all of the features that come with the remote.
Why don't you use the original one? Universal remotes provide just basic function and not full range.

Insignia® has a remote control code web tool on their website at http://www.insignia-products.com/universalcontrolcodes.aspx. I input your information, but they do not have specific information for Time Warner remotes. For your model, it mentions you should try the codes listed with your remote for Orion, Emerson, Memorex, Sansui, Sylvania, and Zenith. Hopefully one of these codes will give you full or partial functionality.

I have an insignia TV 32" and I used common code 10463 to program my direct tv remote. hope it works for you.
