When our lid broke (the plastic knob part broke from the rest of the plastic lid when my wife dropped it), I was able to glue it back on using Devcon "Weld it" adhesive. (Available at any hardware). So far it's held for over six years of regular use.

Otherwise you can always find use a glass replacement lid from Rival. I seen them going for $12 on Ebay (which included shipping). Look for 10-3/8" diameter, 5 quart.

A crock pot is an ALL DAY cooking methodology and should not be altered. Fire and personal injury are possible results.

Sad to say, you may be out of luck. This site where I've found lids before shows yours is no longer available. Rival's crock pot parts site is here. They list nothing at all for your model, but you might try contacting them to see if they have any recommended substitute.

Our stoneware broke, and so we kept the base and lid hoping to replace it. Unfortunately it is discontinued. For the cost of shipping and a couple of bucks it's yours.
