by what meens did you send it? computer,blue tooth etc
probably ist in your external chip, and you have remove the chip.check

The_Wise23 - delete and try reinstalling your lg usb modem if that does not work call your provider and see if they can assist you more.

chinesebox - the best thing to do is uninstall all lg software and then reinstall it.
