Need to reset phone cisco7962 - Cisco 7962G IP Phone

Restart phone by unplugging power cable
When you see cisco logo press and hold #
Headset, Mute, and Speaker buttons begin to flash in sequence, release #.


Press 123456789*0# within 60 seconds after the Headset, Mute, and Speaker buttons begin to flash.


The phone will prompt for


Keep network cfg? 1 = yes 2 = no
In order to maintain the current network configuration settings for the phone when the phone resets, press 1. In order to reset the network configuration settings when the phone resets, press 2.

It's not a great idea to do this if your phone is not plugged into the networks. Sometimes this will cause the phone to become stuck at an "Upgrading" screen if it tries to reach your Callmanager or TFTP for a firmware or config file update, you can unintentionally brick your phone.
