My latptop's over heated and can't run. it's over heated the window will automatically shutdown. Please fixed it up.
More than likely your cooling fans are either inoperable, or the vents for them are clogged. Take it to a reputable Electronics Shop for verification.

Have a look in device manager
Press the Windows key (bottom left of the keyboard} and at the same time press the R key, now in the search box that appears - type devmgmt.msc
have a look under imaging systems click on the + sign and see if you have a Camera listed
Also on Sony they should have supplied an application for the camera
maybe called ArcSoft WebCam Companion - see if you have that program folder - listed at all
