I am not sure of the dispenser trays but if the clothes are taking to long to dry and are still damp, check the vent hose and the duct work going out the apartment for lint buildup.

SOURCE: detergent dispenser

As far as I am aware, there IS NO dispenser for bleach, you have to put bleach in drum before adding clothes and starting cycle. The far right compartment is only for "pre-wash" cycles, and if no pre-wash is selected, water will run through ALL compartments at the rinse stage..... Oshie

SOURCE: Hard scratchy towels. Have used all wash cycles, and use fabric softener

have you tried just white vinegar as your rinse aid. Do a full cycle of your washing machine using white vinegar instead of detergent, to clean any residue from pipes, and then in the next wash try white vinegar as your rinse aid.

SOURCE: My bosch nexxt washer will not drain the fabric

Take out the drawer and clean the compartment and pipe at the end of the drawer with hot soapy water - washing up liquid works well. Clean all around it. To show this is working OK, put it in the sink and fill up the compartment with water until it is overflowing then stop. The water should drain out of the compartment on its own.

Next, where the drawer fits in the machine clean the water exit above the drawer with a washing up brush. This can appear brown or white depending on your water type. If this is OK try running the machine. If there is still a problem, remove the drawer again and turn off the power at the mains. Use something like a paper clip to poke all the holes in the water dispenser area above the drawer. There are lots of them so some patience might be required. If you live in a hard water area it could be blocked with limescale in which case an application of a descaling mousse or spraty will assist. Once complete, make sure you rinse the drawer area, drawer and put the drawer back in and run the machine on a short cold fill wash cycle. Put some fab con in the drawer to test that the machine drains it correctly. If all is well then there will be no fab con left. If it is still there then you will need to get into the water dispensing area to see what is wrong. Occasionally the mechanism can get jammed, lose a spring or just get broken, in which case it will need replacing.

Silly question - where do you add the detergent?

Often you will find the detergent dispenser very close to the dispenser for the softener. Mine is a separate container within the same "pullout" drawer that holds fabric softener. If you still are not sure, then find the model number of your washer and google it with the term, "user manual". Most are available online as a PDF

Where do you pour bleach

The detergent dispenser draw where you put in the detergent has 3 sections. The compartment on the far right is for soaking agents. The compartment on the far left is for wash and stain removers (like bleach). The middle compartment is for fabric softeners, fabric conditioners.

Can the doors on the washer and dryer be reversed? and the washer always smells like mildew.

You can reverse the dryer door, but not the washer.

For the smell, use a washer cleaner (like affersh) or run a cycle with bleach only , no clothes. If the washer has a clean washer cycle on it, utilize it. Also, leave the door cracked after a wash, and make sure you are not using too much soap and/or fabric softener

Fabric softener dispenser will not dispense ...still full after a load. Soap appears to be working fine. Not sure about bleach.

softener is likely hardened on the solenoid. the dispenser must be removed and cleaned.

Washing instructions

My book says for the Axxis WFL 2050/WFL 2060 : from the left while looking at it from the front: detergent for wash, stain remover, middle: fabric softener, fabric conditioner, right one: detergent for soaking agent. (Do not use chlorice bleach in this wasking machine).
