you have made two cardinal mistakes. First you gave a password and second you forgot it. Second after the first is unpardonable by the manufacturers. Now the only answer is to format the card and loose all data.

I Have Tried this kind of problem before.. i tried reseting the SD CARD but it still asks for the password.. you'll have to buy a new SD
