are you all running vista or xp ? if xp this sound chip will only work with sp1 installed as it is designed for vista

go into the bios, and make sure that it has been selected to use onboard sound or onboard audio, if that does not work, and if you have the motherboard manual. look and see if it has motherboard jumper settings to use for the onboard sound. ive noticed also with alot of motherboards the built in soundcards dont perform very well but hopefully this will lead you on the right track!!

Look under Download, RAID. Go to device manager and right click to update driver, choose location and go to the win3264 folder.
