Could be worn pump and / seals or the water inlet valve is bad.

If you are getting this code it is because your washing machine has tried for at least ten minutes to drain the water out of the machine. The most likely cause of this problem is that you have a plugged pump filter or you have something stuck in the pump filter.
Make sure that you unplug your washing machine.To clean out the pump filter you must empty the washing machine water. The best way to do this is to manually drain the water into a low bucket or basin. Then lay a towel down to catch to remaining small amount of water. Remove the pump filter, clean out any debris, and wash out the filter. Then plug your washer back in and restart the washing machine.
Check that your machine is properly leveled. A washer that is too far out of level may not drain properly. Make sure that you are level front to back as well as side to side.

Water Supply Error occurs when water level frequency does not show changes more than 100Hz or water is not supplied up to the preset water level after 10 Minutes or more at the time of initial water supply. The error status can be cleared by turning the POWER switch OFF and back ON.

Hi, I have the same washing machine and it flashes UE on the error code during spin cycle when I have one thing in there, or if the clothes are uneven. I usually have to wait until the lock light goes out, re-arrange the clothes and continue spin cycle. If it is just one item in there, I usually have to manually wring it out as it will keep saying error if I keep trying to spin.

UE = Unbalance Error


Laundry load is unbalanced, manually loosen any tangled laundry.
If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an UE error message will be shown in the display. Unbalance error is cleared by POWER switch OFF and back ON.

in this machine if door is not opening after 3 minute after 3min.switch off the set,the handle might be broken.please check handle feels loose if yes,it has to be replaced
If you want open the door in emergency open the down cover for filter,pull the yellow strip for door opening

For "ue" an unbalanced load is sensed three times, re-adjust your load in the machine.

For e1, it could be a water sensor problem. Check to see if the inlet valve is okay and not clogged, water shd be in good pressure. If this is okay, open up behind after taking the plug off the wall. There is a thin tube coming from the switch area to the outlet pump area; disconnect this from the top carefully and blow into it, it should be free; if it is clogged you will hav a water level problem. Unblock and refit carefully.
