Last month I have purchased a LG 17'' Flatron Monitor(705SH).But Icouldn't adjust the shape of the monitor through OSD.What are actual value for all the shape properties?

Your monitor supports a maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024. If windows fails to give you the option of changing to this resolution and those below it then please follow these suggestions:
Update your video card drivers, if you don't know the manufacturer of your video card try windows update.
Install the latest drivers for your monitor as well. Your monitors driver click HERE
Push the button on the Monitor to activate the OSD (On Screen Display). With the OSD, one can "stretch" the picture (horizontally/vertically) and "move" the picture (horizontally/vertically) in order to "fill" the viewable area with your compueter's output.
