The machine is brand new
The E AE error means that the unit is sensing the incorrect voltage or frequency coming from the electrical connection. Have your utility company check your line.
If the incoming power is normal, contact Electrolux to get the main control board replaced.

Thanx Cindy. I'm an electrician and checked th power supply twice. All was good. The installer messed up the main contol board when reversing the door.
Then you need to get Electrolux to replace the main control board that the installer shorted. There's no point in you doing it unless you are in a hurry. Since this is a new machine that is under warranty, doing it yourself might void the warranty. Cindy Wells
Went one step better and Lowes is delivering an entirely new machine, they must have detected the frustration in my voice.
