Most probably your Media Player does not support audio formats from the online movies. You can download & install the codec "K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack" latest version from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm
You can install Free Media Players for your OS e.g. MPCStar or VLC Player which can play most of the AV formats from the web.
Just install the "codec" necessary to play most of the AV formats files.
Assumption that you are on Windows OS, you can install the latest version i.e. either "K-Lite Codec Pack or K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" to your Laptop/PC.
For Windows Operating System(WinXP, Vista, Win 7), just install the codec pack "K-Lite Codec Pack or K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" latest version @ http://www.free-codecs.com/index.htm
