I'm trying to re-install iomegaware zip 100 & it tells me it does not support windows 2000 so I need to update drivers. Can you please help me figure this out as I rely on my zip for backups. I have version 21.1.

Cannot get my iomege z100PS to work....green and amber lights stay on with AC and computer cable connected or just with AC cable connected.

A signal display on the devices is indication of normal functionality. Attempt to restart the device, also restart the computer to attain reconfiguration settings.

When I insert a disk into the scsi zip drive it only makes a click sound. The zip drive isn't able to read the disk. Help.

Google-search 'IOMEGA CLICK OF DEATH'.

Their ZIP drives were famous for this untimely death.

Zip drive makes only a clicking sound when disk is inserted

Do a GOOGLE-search for "IOMEGA CLICK OF DEATH".

Their ZIP drives were notorious for suffering an untimely death.

I had a computer with a slot for reading iomega ZIP 100 disc. My new computer does not have this. Is there a device to read my zip dizc and send the contents to a USB port?

IOMEGA make a USB ZIP drive that reads and writes 100 and 250 Mb disks. Don't know if this is available any more, you might be able to pick one up 2nd hand.
If you still have your old computer, try networking your old and new computer together so you can transfer data from the ZIP drive on your old computer to your new one.
