unplug the power from the unit. Press and hold the # key and the 3 reconnect the power Wait for a reset message on the screen, or for the unit to power back down, then release the keys. If the unit powered down, press power the unit will gyrate and whir and click for several minutes while it completes the reset. The unit should now be 100% operational.
