Amp comes on then red light comes on after 3 mins

Check an make sure your fuse is tight the one coming off the battery for your amp if that dosnt work try grounding your amp to the battery to make sure the ground is good

Yes, bought one today, everything was fine until I put water in the tank, then it stopped after about 3 min. I think you will find that the previous owners (assuming 2nd hand) haven't de-scaled it. Take the rear cover off 5 self tap screws & you should see a lot of scale (calcium) you have to clean this away by whatever means you have (a hose nozzle) try not to wet the electrics too much. I had a wet vacuum aqua-vac I think &that helped but you can still do the same thing by hand, once it's fairly clean, it should run right, if i'm not wrong there will be a lot of calcium on the lower heat exchanger, you have to take off the plastic cover (2) self-tap screws & you will see what I mean, just scrape it away with the end of a toothbrush, no the end you hold, see you Richard

if this problem is in high volume check the ground.

There is circuit problem inside. For safety reasons power might get shut down! Unless the fault is rectified, this problem will continue. Do not attempt switching ON again & again. Get authorised service center assistance.

yeh thats the red ring of death temp solution is turn on wrap in towels so it nice n steamy then after 30 mins put in fridge til chilled or leave to cool it will reset the system only temp prob will come back and will have to be sent off to microsoft hope temp solution keeps ya goin till its sent off
