I have an Optima 2000 from Tasco. I do not have the manual and need one. Right now I need to know where the battery is located and how to change it.

The battery is located under the large knob on top. You can use a dime to remove the cover. Here is a link to the manual on the Tasco support site. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.

Here is the Tasco site for a manual on your scope. http://www.tasco.com/products/manuals/TascoProPoint6LIM.pdf It tells you the different battery's you can use. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.

Ive got the same problem with my tasco nv360 turn it on and it remain dark like it still off. new batt.

Only two issues will cause this:

A bad circuit board inside and a bad hand controller cable or BROKEN hand controller.

Hi i have a tasco nv360 but from a couple fof days it switches on but i can see any thing..the led's switch on and the ir as well but when i look in i see total darkness..can you please help.....

The computer has NOTHING to do with being able to look through the telescope. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. DO NOT USE the 2x barlow if you have one. Practice focusing on a distant object during the daytime.

I found a tasco microscope at a garage sale.

Most of the Tasco microscopes that operated on batteries used AA batteries.

I have a tasco pro point plus (red dot Scope) and I need to know the battery size for that scope. The scope is a PDP3CMP Thanks for any help.

The PDP3CMP uses the CR2032 batteries.I had one and gave it to my son who uses it on a huge pistol.I gace him several spare batteries with it.You always need a spare for those things.Good Luck
