Samsung motherboards are bad for going out. they are 125 dollars online, if you have the technical skills to replace them.. basically just plug and play, with LOTS of screws to take off.

There is a good chance that one or more jugs (CRT)s have leaked coolant down onto the Main bd and Power supply causing severe shorting. At this point ALL of the CRTs must be replaced and the Main bd and or the power supply as well. This is not a inexpensive fix and after the parts are replaced you will need to do a Full Convergence alignment by a very experienced tech which will not be cheap. You might as well purchase a new TV.
