you had better remove it from inside the drive first I think. these small CDs do infact run in what appears to be a big CD drive. they need to be positioned in the exact center of the moulded guide that takes the Normal CD/DVD.
As for downloading the software, it is probable that it can be but as the brand was not included in the description i can only suggest you search for it via google.
