I have an issue where I'll turn my tv on, and it will stay on for about 20-30 min. Then it will power off with the left red light blinking twice and the right red light blinking four times. If I turn the tv off and let it set for about 5min it will come back on just fine, but only for 20-30 min. The bulb in new, and I've cleaned all the dirt\dust out of the back, but it didn't help. TIA
Sounds like the power supply is overheating.
Could this be fixed by replacing a fan, or something?
I am going off my experience with computers here. Since it stays on for a while there may well be a cooling fan for the power supply that isn't working causing it to overheat. Computer power supplies have fans but I'm not sure about tvs. It could also be a component on the mainboard breaking down though. Look for blackened or browned curcuits if you are comfortable tearing it down that far.

I had the Same issue. on a 50PF9431D/37 set. Many Plasma Set's use a LJ44-00118A PS-505-PH Power supply from Samsung. Known to have this common problem. If you can, or have a friend that can Solder components?. Unplug your set remove the back panel & locate your power supply. It will be the PCB in the center of the set just above the Video/Audio connections. http://www.shopjimmy.com/power-supply-unit-lj44-00118a-from-philips-50mf231d-40.htm. Is a Link to a photo of the PCB. Make a note of the locations of all cable connections then unplug them all. Un-install PCB, Check all Fuse first. I believe their is 5 or 6 of them on the PCB. Then replace the two 3300uf 10v 105C Radial capacitors at C8060 & C8059. Look to see if the Caps are deformed and or split at the top. The location of the caps are in the Lower bottom edge of the PCB. A local shop may Carrie them if not, digi-key has them. Part # http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=493-1754-ND. Total cost was $7 with S/H.

you have a bad power supply, and the tv goes to protect mode, undo the back and look for any bulged or open cap, and replace it.

usually means a dead power board/inverter board. need to swap out to confirm.

Likely to be main board issue which is the most expensive board in set and also not likely to be a do it yourself repair.
