Magenta toner cartridge EEPROM access error, cleaned the connection between the toner cartridge and the machine once cleaned if the issue persists remove the toner cartridge and put back in again if again the error persists replace the toner cartridge with a new one and last resort if the issue is still not fixed then replace the mechanical control board.

Check your bypass tray, the tray is on the right side of the machine, the tray flips out for legal and 11x17 paper sizes. Check that there is nothing jamed inside, code says that the tray can't lift. so check for anything jamed inside down there. As to reset the code open then close the front door where you put the toner. Turning the machine on and off will not reset the code. but open and closing the front door will clear about 80% of the service codes.

Network settings are accessed through the Administrator menu. Press Utility/Counter, then choice #3 should be Administator Settings. Enter your admin password and Network Settings should be choice #5.
Also, if the bizhub is already on the network, you can enter the IP address into your web browser and log in as an administrator to get to the network settings.

Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability
