I use creative sound blast 5.1. A week before i have reformatted my pc. i have lost the installation cd which was given to me with the sound card. now to reinstall the sound card i need the software. would u please tell, any web site's address, from where i can free download the software.

visit creative labs, go to drivers and downloads, click on the live group of drivers and software and run their autodetect software to identify the card you have, it will obligingly download all the soft and drivers you need
You can download everything that was on the CD from the Creative website. Make sure you have the exact card model number handy, as there were tens of versions of this card, all called the same on the box. Look for markings on the card itself.
