    hi ann ,IMEI is the 15 digits serial number of youir phone ...look at the back of your mobile phone and you will find it...or type *#06# in your keypad and your imei number will appear

If you have never set up a lock code, your code should be the last 4 digits of your phone number, or at least that was the case for my phone through alltel. Hope this helps.
