How to reset the Curve back to factory state (a
complete wipe-out). Please note if you just want to reboot the device,
you only need to take out the battery.
To reset the phone back to factory state:
Go to Options -> Security Options -> General Settings
Press the BlackBerry Menu key and select "Wipe Handheld" and type in "blackberry"

Same exact problem as above. I have tried everything but to no avail. Oh well: Sprint store here i come
Same problem. Ended up having to get a new (factory refurbished) one from Verizon. I only had the original phone for 10 days and the camera error started within 5 days of activation.
I tried a complete wipe out to my phone but the same message keeps coming up with the camera that i have to close all the applications and then start the camera again... Is there any other way to fix the problem?
