Try going to storage in the settings menu. See if it says mount or unmount SD card. If not just take out sd card n turn off phone. Turn on. Look in menu, see if phone recognizes there is no sd card. If so, good. Turn phone off. Remove battery 5 seconds. Insert battery and sd card. Turn on phone. Allow total boot process before manupulating phone. Go to contacts. If it doesn't read the sd card automatically then press add contact. See if it has add from sd card

SOURCE: the phone keeps displaying sim card registration failed on phone

The sim card holder is too loose on a lot of new Nokia phones. Place some folded paper (3,4,5,6 times) between the sim card and the sim card holder. It should fix it. I have an E65 and had this problems for two days after buying it. Since I fixed it 3 months ago, never had this problem again. Hope it works for you too.

SOURCE: cannot access SIM contacts or SIM card

If you go into menu and press contacts, options, select sim contents, sim directory and the go back to options and mark/Unmark, then select mark all. Your phone will automatically tick all the numbers on your sim. The last thing is to press options again and copy to contacts.

Let me know how you get on with this but l guess this should fix your problem.

Hi,

This flashing envelope icon is telling you that your text message storage is full.

1. Go to Messages
2. Select Options
3. Then select SIM messages
4. Select and delete all SIM messages.

This should do it.

All the best!

Transfer contect no in memory card

Do you mean, copy your contact number from your phone memory to SIM card memory? If yes, you have 2 options:
A) If you want to copy all contact numbers to your SIM card:
- Go to "Menu"
- Go to "Contacts"
- Browse down and choose "Copy contacts"
- Choose "From phone to SIM card"

B) If you want to copy only 1 contact # to your SIM card:
- Go to "Menu"
- Go to "Contacts"
- Go to "Names"
- Browse to choose the contact you want to copy
- Click "Options"
- Browse to "Copy Number"
- Then select if you want to keep the original or just move. Keeping the original will have your contact appear twice in your list.

hope this has helped you, if yes, please rate my profile.

Change from nokia n95 to new mobile want to save contacts to sim

You'll probably find they're already on the sim, if not here's how to copy them over.
Open contacts, options, SIM contacts, SIM directory; you should see all contacts that are on your sim. If there's none there, select back which will take you to your contacts; choose options again, scroll to mark/unmark press select then mark all, all contacts should now have a tick beside then. Then options again, copy & lastly to sim directory.
