Does not ring in house
Must be sure handset ringer volume is NOT set TO off
2) THE Telephone line cord and power adapter are plugged in properly.
3)the handset may be too far from the telephone base. Move it close to the telephone base.
4) many extension phone on the telephone line to allow all of them to ring simultaneously.
5) if other telephones in your home are having the same problem , the problem will e in service provider
6) other electronic products such as HAM radio detect the phones cause interferences.
7)test a working phone at the wall jack.
8)remove and install the battery again and place the handset in the telephone base
9) wait for the handset to synchronize.

if the non-cordless phones are ok, it sounds as if the cordless handsets are the only ones not working, have you charged the batteries on those handsets ok and are there any signs if life, eg lights or on-screen messages ? Are they switched off ?
If there are signs of life, check the level of charge, if dead completely, take it/them to the main unit and put on charge for about 10 hours, if they work for only a short time and you have had the phones for a few years, then you will need to replace the re-chargable cells as they don't last forever and they are not holding the charge.

To here ring types hit speaker then 711, then 1 for internal rings (select 2 for outside ring selection) then 1-8 the ring type.
To set ring type hit speaker then 720 (follow all the steps above).
