Where can I get a replacement remote for JBL Simply Cinema ESC 333?

is it the remote not working or the receiver not receiving
take your remote and point the lens at the camera of your phone
turn the camera on and when you press the remote button ( any button ) you will see a white dot on the phone screen if it is working

There's one on eBay for under $30 delivered but it says it's for Simply Cinema and there's no photo.

ou could contact JBL directly and ask about the remote. I'd ask for the model number of it, too, in case you have to go after-market.

have you tryed using te hopticle cables

set an old radio to am get remote as close to aerial as possible when a button is pressed beeps should be heared thru the radio speaker

ive got the whole system simply cinema but mine is the 300 if any one is intrested

i saw one on display in edgeware road and needed the sensor at the time and i got i..t but that was years ago.. ive got the whole setup if any one is intrested?

check your speakers on another source to cancell out if it,s truly the speakers , if not then you could be in stereo mode which would explain the three front speakers ,mains and center working! other then that unplug and reset ,and if not that then their is an internal amp issue with your system , hopefully you can get it working ,if not check your warranty and see if the manufacturer will repair or replace for you , hope i was able to help you ,please leave a nice rating if i was of help thank you Sincerely glenn mayer

Turn on the JBL with the ipod in place, turn off at the mains plug, turn back on, turn on your JBL and the remote should work.
