Restriction code for what particular? Mostly the defaulted code for NOKIA phone is 12345 or 00000, have you tried this?

try this.

step 1- press *#7370# at your homescreen.

step 2- press ok to continue

step 3- provide ur security code. ( default is 12345)

and you are done.

this will format your phone.

If you have never set any security code on the phone, i will advice you use the nokia default code 12345 as the security code but if you have set a security code on it before, you will need to unlock the phone to break the security code.

The default code for most phones is "000000" or "0000" or "1234" or "123456' or 12345 or 00000. One of these codes is always a standard master code in most cell phone models.
