Installation without harness

Re. Nania New Way/Fix Solo Car Seat
I have instructions explaning removal of main harness, but unsure how to retain car seat without child, using separate strap. Picture shows strap over front of seat & under child, but does not give any information indicating fixing/attachment points. Can you help, thank you.

You need to check the manual, but generally (in the USA), booster seats are not attached to the vehicle (there are exceptions). The purpose of a booster seat is to raise the child up so the adult seat belt and shoulder harness fit correctly. The lap belt must be low on the child's hips and the shoulder harness should rest between the child's neck and shoulder.
If the child is not in the vehicle, place the seat belt over the booster and buckle it in. This will keep the empty booster seat from flying around the vehicle in a crash and injuring other occupants.

How do i fit the nania car seat into my car? no instructions??

Nania car seats are rear facing car seats that use the car's seatbelts to keep it in place. The seatbelts slide under the two tabs toward the front of the car seat and are then snapped into the other side of the seatbelt clasp. Most fire stations or hospitals have people that can help you if you are unsure. Some Jr Colleges have people who are public leasons (?) to help too. Good luck and be safe.

Hello, Have used Nania Newfix Solo child seat very satisfacorily for 3 years with harness. Now time to remove harness (leaving back of Childseat in place). Have removed harness as per instructions -...

Right,
After several months of struggle to find written instructions how to attach the central harness adjustment strap (The one with metal anchor at the end) to the red clip (buckle) strap as seems to be shown in instructions. budyn71.jpg
I have found number to temtex uk company that supplies nania products to argos on 01162844910, while emailing them on [email protected] had no result. There's no need to attach the two. Central harness adjuster strap has to be detached and pulled by it's front end as far as it goes. budyn71_0.jpg
While red clip strap threads through the gap between backrest and the base. budyn71_1.jpg
And red clip strap threads through hole (bracket) at the back of the base. budyn71_2.jpg
