If you can't find a replacement plastic foot. You should be able to find rubber feet at a local Radio Shack. Replace the plastic feet with rubber feet. It will do the same. You may be able to find self-adhesive feet.
mcdevito75 here, You say you changed the batteries in both fans, tried to spin the blades and no start., Double check battery install, try another set of batteries even new batteries from the store can be weak or even dead as batteries have shelf life of, not too long. Spin the fan blades as fast but as safe as possible by hand with the on /off switch off, and listen for any noise from the fan motor, a sraping sound, or whistle could mean a bad motor. Lastly, bring the fans to a Staples, they will be glad to test them, a Radio Shack also can test the fan motors.
I have a solution. Let me buy it!! So you can replace it with something that works. I am looking for used
