you can transfer files to your pda by connecting it to the USB PC port with the data cable (use Microsoft ActiveSync to transfer files, it works for PDA, GPS etc).
you can also use a memory stick to transfer files to your pda if your pda has such a thing (you just need a pc card reader, usb-pluggable)
scroll down and select PCwizard 2008 download it, install it, run it, it will display your all devices name and modelnumber, note down your soundcard name and model number.

first your pc model second your sound card is integrated or separated one?
if integrated send to me your pc model and i send to you solution, second if it is separated open your pc case and witth a mirror without moving sound card from place try to look at dhe chip the letters and numbers writen there and send to me for a solution too.
