Same problem, please help

I am going thru the same thing! The tech has come already twice on this month (dec/08) and he was unable to repair it.... HP is giving me the run around and I have the feeling they dont want to repair my tv.
I am afraid I will be ending loosing.... and I dont have an extended warranty beside the one they extended for an additional year.

Can somebody help? of advise of any other alternative...

I have the same problem. I don't have an extended warranty and HP wants to charge me $629 plus tax to have a tech come and remove the "YSUS" circuit card and they will only warrant the part for 90 days. I think that this is a rip-off! HP is leaving the TV market and they want to rip off their customers as they depart. I will not oay them this much as I don't kn ow that this will fix the problem or if it does fix the problem that this same part or another part will fail on the 91st day!!

I would like to find an honest repair guy, but I think that getting the parts maybe hard to get?

Call this number 877-917-4380 ext. 79 this is case management for HP and tell them how you feel. I am having problems with my plasma and they keep sending parts at no charge with tech to fix until it works like new.

Unable to update Windows for hp dv6700 since Dec 08 all other programs seem to work. /

might be ur windows update would be disabled...
try enabling it

go to control panel
go to windows updates, open it..
turn the automatic updates on
Now try updatin it

The microwave starts by itself and does all different things.

the power triac that is the main power controller for power to the microwave is starting to leak from the gate terminal and is firing the triac,just as if you pushed the start button

Vertical white lines appear on screen and music will play, beeping and a "chopper" noise have also occured. Replaced motherboard in Dec 08.

To isolate the issue.please connect the notebook to external monitor with the help of VGA port.(Blue PORT) on the notebook.if it good with out any lines.you need to fix the LCD screen of the Notebook.

DATE DIFERANCE BETWEEN SELECTED COLOUMN

Are you trying to figure the difference in days between these dates and one single date (Dec. 31, 2008 for example)?

Whatever you're trying to do, here is the formula, assuming you're starting in A1:
Put the first date in the format Day-Month-Year in numbers (Sept. 3 is 03-09-2008)
Then put your other date in B1, in Day-Mo-Yr format (31-12-2008 for Dec. 31, 2008)
In C1 put B1-A1 and that will give you the number of days between those two dates.

HP Photosmart 8250 noncompatible with Windows Vista program

first download the software/drivers for the printer from the link below.

second sign in as administrator or your account may have those privledges already. during the install if there is a spot make sure that the printer is available to all users.

any other issues or it's still not working please leave a comment here ... i'll sort it out or someone more knowledgable then myself will.

One thing you may know off hand but might not have been asked. Is that a 64 bit operating system by chance... also designated as x64.
