I have a Uniden wireless phone and answering machine combo, with 2 additional wireless bases, 9 months old (plus one oldfashioned regular phone). I came back from being away a few days. The phones were working when I left. Not now. No dial tone. Can't receive or make calls on any Uniden phones, although old-fashioned phone works fine, no problem. A message on the main Uniden/answering machine combo reads E4. I cannot find a reference to this in the manual. ????
Please advise.
E4 IS AN ERROR MESSAGE, THE BASE IS NO LONGER GOING TO WORK, POSSIBLY A POWER OUTAGE COULD OF DAMAGED THE BASE.

I have Comcast Digital Voice and everytime we move our computer (we are doing a lot of construction on our house) we have the same problem. The tech came out and fixed it but I cannot remember what he did. I called tonight because we moved the computer back to the original room and the cordless phones are out again.
My Uniden 2.4 GHz lights up but no dial tone and won't call in or out. I'm
totally too old to be literate on this kind of thing and would be eternally
grateful if anyone can assist me!
