I may be late but I hope it helps, the safe is easy to break into if you use this technique
If the numbers are not on the front of the lock and there is no serial number to give to the company to get the key made then the next best thing to do is to take the safe down to your local locksmith shop and have then fit a key to it.
chris...
Unfortunately the safe is bolted to the floor. But I will ask if a locksmith can come and fit a key for it. Thank you for your suggestion.
a locksmith for sure will be able to come out to you ~~ there will be a service charge for the trip but you will end up with a set of keys for your safe. chris...

Take the single screw off of the entry pad and remove the cover plate. Using the key that came with the safe, unlock the safe. Now, look for a little red button on the inner hinge. Push it in and you will note the yellow led on the the front of the safe turns on. Now, enter a 4 digit code of you choice. This is automatically saved and is the new 4 digit code you press to open the safe.
SOURCE: Where do i get instructions for changing the code
I had this exact same problem. Then I realized the red reset button was actually INSIDE the safe itself. So you need to enter the factory default code "159" to open the safe, then on the inside of the safe next to where the batteries are is a red button. If you press that, the yellow light will flash and you'll get two beeps. That means you can now enter your own combination. I hope this helps.
