Their could be sediment or trash in the air bell at the base of the tub. To clear the hose remove it from the water lvel switch and blow through it. Then reconnect the hose and pump out the water. After pumping out the water retry. Service manual and much more is HERE

On this model of washer you have 4 separate components that could cause overflowing. The water valve, pressure switch, pressure switch hose & the air dome. If you have to turn the water off to prevent overflowing, I would recommend replacing the water valve. If you can turn the timer off & the water stops overflowing, I would recommend checking the pressure switch, hose & air dome.
