I was playing game as usual the other night in bed. And suddenly my tablet got frozen up. I pressed the power button, it did not shut down immediately of course but later it shut down. Then it never comes back again when I try to turn it on by pressing the power button. I showed it to a technician and he said they needed to install a software since it's not a hardware problem. He said it's some kind of virus thing. Please advice me what to do. My tablet is also my mobile and everything. I don't even bring my laptop when I go for flight. I just take my tablet. Thank you!
Wait can't you just reset it with a needle? i thought most android tablets have this feature. well hopefully this helps some

well look around you device for a small hole,not the mic because they look the same. but, it should have a reset symbol. look closely .
I'll check it! So it will erase all my data and reset all factory settings? I'll have to do it anyway if theres no choice. Much better than holding a dead tablet.
I think it just restarts but that could happen.

It's BACK!!! I wasn't sure how to "needle" it. A friend suggested me to put it on charge and at the same time "needling" it.
I don't lose any of my data. YAYY!!!

When you turn the on button on the RCA screen comes up then it immediately shuts back off without loading
