Just recheck your wiring. If there's 2 batteries, then starting from one side....positive to scooter, then neg from this battery linked to pos on next battery, then negative to scooter.
NEW BATTERIES NEEDED TRY CHARGING CONSTANT FOR 16 HOUR IF POSS OR OVER NIGHT. IF BATTS KEEP FAILING THEN SERCH NEW BATTERIES ON THE WEB A PLACE IN WALES DO THEM NEXT DAY DELIVERY GOOD VALUE
Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run. If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all. I hope this information is helpful to you, good luck!
Yep It sure does Why didn't you charge the chair for 2 months? Charge at least once a week if you don't use it daily. Always break in the new batteries by using the chair daily for 10-15 days charging everynite then charge once a week if it sits for that long without use. Always put up fully charged. Do this and your batteries should last 3 -4 years Charge overnite if you use daily and never charge more than 24 hours Good Luck
Mr Witaker the 2 flashes follwed by a pause and 2 more flashes etc indicate a battery fault if you have all the battery level lights on the joystick lit up and you are sure the batteries were charged then there is a problem with one of the batteries that the controller doesn't like. try turning the chair off and letting it rest for a while then turn it back on if you still get the two flashes then I would say you need to replace the batteries Now if Medicare purchased your chair they will pay for most of the repair costs you can contact Repair Xpress Tuesday at 1-877-581-3733 to see if they have a tech in your area or call Roadrunner Mobility at 1-800-467-2668 for the techs in your area. Hope this helps
The chair will not move if the charger is plugged in. The flashes are normal with the charger plugged into the chair. The lights on the charger mean that the batteries have been fully charged. Red and yellow lights mean charging. After you unplug the charger from the chair (if off-baord charger, turn charger off or unplug from the wall) then unplug from joystick. after plug is removed from joystick press the on button and all the battery lights should be lit and when you move the joystick forward you will hear the electric bake release and the chair should move forward etc Hope this helps
Your chair has a motor problem. The code does not tell which side it is. Make sure both motors have the brakes in the drive position before turning on the chair. Also check that both motors are plugged into the main control module in the base of the chair.
Did you charge the batteries after installation.
