it sounds like the relays in the parrot are sticking on. It also depends on the type of car radio. I would need more info on what car.

it sounds like the microphone is trapped or faulty, get the engineer back to sort it out or follow the microphone wire to see if is trapped behind the trim going down the side of the winscreen.

sometime, it my be in relation with the install.
Just a simple question, did you install it by yourself? if yes, did you connect the mute cable of the kit? cause if you disconnect it and try to make working the kit and see if the mute is working may be the explanation. signal treatment.

(except trouble of the kit), after a while plugging on a 12v dc only can be the explanation. Do you have the message "good bye" on the display when you switch off the ignition key? If not, that could also be due to the fuses inverted to the vehicle between the 12 dc and the 12 ignition. Then you just have to inverse fuses.

problem is the 220 has an amplefier in boot the controls the radio, unless proper leads that connect there are used to interupt the radio when call happens it just some thing u have to put up with or buy the lead, try autoleads.com or look on parrot web site for the right leads
