Stanton str8 60

The Stanton STR8-60 is a direct drive record deck, so this shouldn't happen unless the platter was damaged but after a little research I found that the Stanton's can get a faulty chip which is meant to regulate the speed and therefore can make it spin erratically.

Needle skipping towards end of record

If you lower the tonearm to the record surface, and it just slides towards the center, chances are the stylus(needle) is either broken or covered with dust. Clean and inspect. For more information, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. Thank you.

What do i need to hook the Stanton T.80 up?

Turntables are simple if you've an amplifier with inputs labelled PHONO (not to be confused with audio plugs called phono or RCA)
If your amplifier hasn't then the sound from the cartridge on the arm won't be good quality.
To make it compatible with a line input usually labelled either that or AUX you'll need a phono converter box. There are quite high price ones but there are equally mid and even low-ish priced ones too.
Look around online for Phono-to-Aux adapters, converters or whatever description and/or visit electronic stores like Radio Shack (still in the USA) or Maplins (UK) if you're near any.

My cell phone keeps shutting off on its own, and not turning back on, on its own. it is fully charged and i've tried taking the battery out and blowing it off, but it keeps doing this.

Check that the power button isn't stuck partially depressed. If that isn't it, you've got issues inside the phone that are going to require qualified service, or an internally damaged battery.

The 45rpm speed select button will not work

the 45 button is known as a push button switch. If the switch is affect, replacing should remedy, but it could be possible that the voltage variation on the motor is affected.

keep me posted.
