The solution isn't great as it requires you to forward your call to an outside line, put the cell number in, and program the system to dial out on another line. Usually it takes at least 30 minutes to get it right (well for me) and there's no guarantee that it won't tie up two lines forever until you manually release them or the 10-minute timer times out.
Probably best to consult your Pana service tech.

Android phones for sale are quickly becoming the most popular gadgets on the market. Like most technology products, there's much more to the item than initially meets the eye. Sure, you can go to the store and try purchasing a cell phone for less than $100 but we're pretty sure you won't leave the store without purchasing at least one cell phone accessory.
Figure out if your particular cell phone model has the option to forward incoming calls. You can do this by visiting your cell phone manufacturer's website or reading the manufacturer's manual that came along with the purchase.
Access the "Settings" menu on your cell phone and select "Phone Settings" menu.
Select the "Call Forwarding" option in the "Phone Settings menu. This option is usually found at the bottom of the "Phone Settings" menu. Selecting the "Call Forwarding" option gives you access to call-forwarding controls.
Switch on the "Call Forwarding" slider. The default position is off.
Insert the phone number you wish to forward your calls to in the "Forward To" field. This field most commonly lies below the "Call Forwarding" slider.
Exit the setup menu by pressing the home button. You may be asked to confirm/save the changed settings depending on your cell phone model.
Make a test phone call to the cell phone number on which you just enabled the call rerouting option. If the call is forwarded and received on the number you entered, it means that the "Call Forwarding" option has been activated.
