Why is my home pc running slow

Whenever something goes wrong, WIndows notifies you and asks if you want to send the error report to Microsoft. Just click on "Send error report". That's all there really is to it. If it was a Windows problem a solution can be found for that error, it will be installed on your computer via Automatic updates.If it was caused by the program that crashed, sometimes there is a solution, but sometimes there isn't (at least not from Microsoft).

As long as you were actually able to click on the Send report button, you've done your part. You'll just have to wait.

• To get rid of this MS Error Reporting, Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and choose Properties.
• In the System Properties , go to the Advanced tab and click Error Reporting.
• Select disable error reporting This will make any crashing program’s window simply close itself.
  
  
• You could also click But Notify Me When Critical Errors Occur, but it might be even safer if you select Enable Error Reporting.

Inspite of this technique you can also disable error reporting via control panel as well as via editing registry .

You can follow the steps inorder to hide this error from popping up every time :-

RIght click on MY COMPUTER icon > PROPERTIES > ADVANCED tab > ERROR REPORTING (on lower right of the properties window) > Select DISABLE ERROR REPORTING.

That is a Windows fault report that is sent to Microsoft. Some program that you were using caused a crash. By sending the report (assuming you are connected to the internet), the Microsoft server may have an update that corrects the problem.

Increase your computer's speed
Open up the Registry and go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/RemoteComputer/NameSpace

Under that branch, select the key :

{D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF}

and delete it.

More speed
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/control panel/desktop

Now on the right side:-
-right click 'HungAppTimeout'
-Click 'Modify'
-Type Value 1000 click Ok


-right click "menu show delay"
-make it 5.

-right click "waytokillapptimeout"
-change value from 20000 to 3000.

When did it first start happening?
Do you have restore points activated? Try restoring your machine to an earlier date to see if it fixes the problem.

anti virus is not updated or problem with anti virus try by updating it and scan the system full....
