AURIOL Z29962D RX Will not show correct time from transmitter in Frankfurt (I am in the U.K) always 1 hour ahead od BST or 2 ahead of GMT.If I set time manually,it eventually defaults to auto from the transmitter and indicates S for summer time.I cannot rely on this device for time keeping,however,.It works fine as a weather station.

Do you have a setting for the power line frequency? Some devices get their timebase from the power line frequency and if your powerline is 60 Hz, but you have it set on 50 Hz, then it will speed it up because of the 10 extra cycles per second.

Cannot change auriol clocks to gmt

setting the time zone on a "auriol radio controlled clock" is as follows: 1: press the Down button for 3 seconds and an F will appear in upper right area:
2: press the Set button for 3 seconds and the Hour display should now be flashing:
3: adjust the time to your zone:
4: press Set to complete

Setting the time zone

I actually have the same problem with an older model Brookstone weather station with remote temperature gauge. The time/date settings do not allow you to set time zone and eventually the clock syncs to PST.... ANY HELP HERE?
