I need a driver to install on my PC to enable me print

Hi Joy,
Disconnect the printer completely from the PC.Unplug its power cable too.
Reboot your PC.
Connect everything again from scratch but use a different USB port to connect to the PC.Make sure everything is well connected.Try printing now.Cant print?
Under printers and faxes,check whether 'work offline' is checked by right clicking on the printers icon and 'Uncheck.Still cant print?
Uninstall the printer driver on your PC,reboot the PC and install software again.If you don't have the installation disks,install from this Hp Support site making sure you select the driver that corresponds with your Operating System[Windows 7,Vista,Windows XP etc]

The problem is that XPinstallation CD does not have a SATA driver, unless you have a SATA drive on adisk etc. and can install the driver when XP asks for a hard drive driver then,XP cannot detect the hard disk and therefore won't install XP. The FIX. Go into the BIOS anddisable the SATA drive (enable IDE emulation), this will make XP think it is aIDE/PATA hard disk. Then you can install XP normally. When Windows hasbeen installed then install all the device drivers (including the SATA driver),then shut down and boot up and got into the BIOS and enable the SATA drive.

Maybe you forgot to install the wireless driver. Just install the driver and the wireless icon will pop up to detect wireless network. If already install, maybe it is disable and you need to enable it. Just go to start menu>control panel>network and internet connections>network connections>and enable wireless connection if disable.

This is down to your driver, Did you install the all in one driver because some drivers are only for printer, if you have then just try add and remove the old driver off the PC and turn off your Pc restart and the re-install the driver back on it may work.

1. I assume that you mean you cannot see your wireless network in the "Available Networks" list?
2. Yes, there will be a switch on the laptop to enable/disable wireless.
3. Is your router set to broadcast SSID? If it isn't then you won't see it in the list of available networks.
