I have a lg voyager, the older one with the key pad on the inside and touch screen on outside. I have pictures that I need to remove from this phone that are very important to me. But the screen no longer works, its just a slight glow and the charging port/usb port is broken. I just need to know know or see the steps to get to my pics and get them put onto a sd memory card. Since I cannot see the steps I am taking due to the bad screen and only have a small amount of life left on the battery I am having a difficult time. So I will have to remove the pictures by guessing what options I am selecting. But I cant afford to make a mistake. Any help would be great!!

I get this all the time and it is really annoying.
What I do to solve it for me is to is to tern all my mobile application off and then reconnect the USB cable.

To close all open applications: press the white hard key (in the middle of the red and green), and you customisable menu appears. At the top of the screen is a grey tab with a dark grey triangle (like a play button), press this and you see all (if any phone application are open), press the end all button on the screen. Then to confirm action pres yes to stop all tasks.

when you plug in connect the phone via the usb cord a window should pop up asking if you want to view the folder. select this option. when you click it, you should see four folders. dcim, music, email, bluetooth. click on dcim. your videos should be stored in this folder. just click and drag them into whichever folder on your pc you want them in. or, when you connect your phone it will give you four options. transfer music, mass storage, phone as modem, pict bridge. select transfer music. this should make the previously mentioned window pop up and you can follow my instructions from there. or, if you have you videos stored in the 'in phone' part of your phones memory you need to move them to your 'memory card' memory. just select 'options', then 'move'.
