When i turn it on screen shuld be black and then conect with tvprogramm but my tv screen going to be white and after 5 sec is turning off itself, to start tv again i have to turn power off from socket than start again. sometimes when not used by few days working but when you turn it off you cant start it again.

Theres a short between the start-up processor signal on the interface board and power supply. It keeps sending the same start-byte over and over again to the power board. This could also be a DC high voltage shutdown on the power board its self. Now the tv is in protection mode to prevent further damage. Get it serviced at your local repair center. If its under warranty take it back.

First, check the power supply for the backlight. It's usually a 24 volt supply. Look for swollen caps. If that is ok, go to the inverter board and inspect for damage, ohm out the inverter transformers. Last is to test out the lamps seperately with an external inverter. If a lamp goes out this way, it is bad and causing the whole backlight to go out.
