Yes this is possible. You will need to bridge connections between your WIFI adaptor and Ethernet ports.

Navigate to Network connections, select both your WIFI adaptor and Ethernet adaptor. Now right click and select "bridge connections"

Take care!

How to setup Xbox Live

You will need some kind of internet connection so you will use either an Ethernet cord or a Wifi adapter. After you connect to the internet through your Xbox 360 you will have a 1 month free Xbox live trial. When the trial ends you will either use an Xbox live silver subscription which doesn't allow you to play games on-line, use Netflix, etc. Otherwise you would need to buy an Xbox live gold pass which is a better deal as you purchase a longer subscription. Thank you

Ok, my router is way in the other room and I want to connect my Xbox 360 to the router for XBOX LIVE. The thing is, is that I can't find a way to get something to extend the wire that's connecting to both;...

There are several solutions to your problem .
1. Run Ethernet Cable from an attic & drop either end down in the walls of the two rooms . Hardwiring is always going to give you the fastest , most stable connection .
2. Purchase a set of Power Over Ethernet Modules , you then plug your ethernet cable into your Xbox 360 on one end & the Power Over Ethernet Adapter on the other end , then plug the " POE " Adapter into a standard electrical socket . You will do the exact same thing on the other end with the Router this time . It should connect just as if you ran a single ethernet cable between the 2 devices .
3. You can use a laptop or desktop pc with a Wifi connection & Ethernet port to Wifi Tether / Share your Internet Connection . Just do a google search on Wifi Tether Xbox 360 or check out some of the videos at

How do you hook up xbox 360 to cricket a600 broadban

Yes, but if you want to connect the X-box and computer directly you may need to get a crossover cable. Sorry, I can't say for sure on this as it depends on the network card in the PC.

You should have a box in the configuration dialog for the Cricket saying something like "Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection". Be sure this box is checked.

Xbox live is not working

How are you connecting Your Xbox console upto your Internet ? if your Connecting Via WiFi, Make sure you have the Xbox compatible WiFi adaptor, if you are connecting Via a Local Area network, Ensure that your Console is hooked up Directly to Your Router, and if your connecting Via a Shared internet connection thru a PC, Ensure it is Hooked up correctly and also that your computer is set up to allow sharing the internet connection, That sometimes makes Xbox live faulty.

Also another problem for IP addresses not working is Due to your Internet service provider, Some broadband companies constantly renew IP addresses changing them every so often which the Xbox doesnt like. I would suggest contacting your Service provider and seeing if they have any Technical Support !

Laptop remote use

it seems your laptop has build in wireless adapter which allows you connect to wireless networks if exist within the area. You may share your neighbors internet connection if they have wireless router also you can access internet from public wifi access locations like cafes, restaurants you can find the wifi locations on www.wifinder.com . Also you can obtain your own router than you can connect to existing internet connection which can be shared more than one computer.
